This role is the first dedicated product and growth data scientist position, focused on converting millions of users into sustainable business growth through rigorous analysis and experimentation.

What Will You Do?

As a Senior Data Scientist, Product & Growth at Comfy, you will own the core metrics across the growth funnel from signup through activation, conversion, and retention. You will design and run experiments including A/B tests to uncover real effects and size high-leverage opportunities before building. Additionally, you will build predictive models for activation, churn, and lifetime value while turning raw events into trusted insights that guide decisions with product, growth, and founders.
