Senior Data Scientist

We're working with a Fortune 500 transportation company leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI and machine learning to revolutionize customer experiences and digital interaction.

The Role

• Design, develop, test, and productionize Generative AI applications for customer service and contact center use cases.
• Implement solutions for customer comment and complaint classification, interaction summarization, and tailored customer response generation.
• Develop and optimize machine learning and AI pipelines, including model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
• Apply prompt engineering, LLM evaluation techniques, and other GenAI methods to build robust AI solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including data scientists, data engineers, and product partners.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing codebases and integrate AI systems with enterprise applications.

What You'll Need

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or AI engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including production-grade coding, modularization, testing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI applications, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience developing and productionizing end-to-end ML/AI pipelines.
• Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, and proficiency with SQL.
