Join the Data Science team to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance data architectures supporting millions of users. You will define the strategic Data Engineering Roadmap, manage complex ETL/ELT processes using Airflow and DBT, and optimize Redshift environments. What You Will Do

• Design and maintain scalable data architectures for batch and streaming processing using Python, SQL, and AWS.

• Build and automate MLOps pipelines to deploy and monitor machine learning models that power intelligent therapy matching.

The ideal candidate

• 4-6 years of professional experience in data engineering, with deep expertise in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud environments.
• Proven track record of architecting Redshift data warehouses and implementing dimensional modeling for enterprise-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience with modern data orchestration tools like Airflow and DBT, alongside Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK.
