Engineer III – CCaaS Data & AI Engineer

We are seeking Data & AI Engineers to build intelligent customer experience solutions leveraging cloud technologies, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement CCaaS and IVA solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and datasets.
• Build AI/ML solutions for customer engagement and analytics.
• Support cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Implement secure and highly available cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

• Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java, Kafka, APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies including TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Apigee.
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with customer experience platforms and contact center technologies.
• Exposure to Generative AI and Conversational AI platforms.
