Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Data Architect with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, large-scale data systems, and telecom data platforms. This role will lead the design of AI-ready architectures and intelligent data ecosystems that enable automation, advanced analytics, and next-generation AI solutions across OSS/BSS, network operations, and customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• • 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Architecture with 5+ years in Telecom (OSS/BSS, Network Operations, 4G/5G environments).
• • Architect and implement LLM-enabled platforms, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using structured and unstructured telecom data.
• • Design and govern AI agents and multi-agent systems for intelligent automation, diagnostics, and workflow orchestration.
• • Build scalable, cloud-native data platforms capable of processing high-volume telecom data including CDRs, telemetry, logs, KPIs, and customer interactions.
• • Design end-to-end batch and real-time data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation, enrichment, feature engineering, and serving layers.
• • Develop AI-ready data ecosystems optimized for LLM training, inference, agent context retrieval, and model lifecycle management.
• • Implement streaming-first, Lakehouse, and Data Mesh architecture patterns for enterprise-scale AI workloads.
• • Ensure data reliability, observability, monitoring, governance, lineage, and quality controls across AI and analytics platforms.
• • Enable telecom AI use cases such as network anomaly detection, intelligent NOC automation, churn prediction, fraud detection, and revenue assurance.
• • Collaborate with OSS/BSS, Network Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate telecom use cases into scalable AI solutions.
• • Define standards for prompt engineering, model orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI governance.
• • Lead CI/CD-driven deployments, version control, and automation practices for AI and data pipelines.
• • Mentor engineering and architecture teams while contributing to enterprise AI and data transformation roadmaps.
• • Strong expertise required in LLMs, AI agent frameworks, ML pipelines, feature engineering, SQL, and enterprise data modeling.
• • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and enterprise-scale AI/data workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
