About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR DATA ANALYST, SUPPLY is responsible for generating actionable insights on the supply side of the marketplace. This role partners with various internal teams to guide strategic decisions using advanced analytics, directly influencing policies and partnerships that shape marketplace health and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of live events business and supply dynamics
• Collaborate with Supply, Product, and Engineering teams to align analytics with business goals
• Quantify trade-offs for seller policies and measure post-launch impacts
• Support Client Success and Entertainment teams to maximize partnership value
• Provide account managers with data insights to enhance seller relationships
• Utilize AI tools to build measurement frameworks and reporting
• Conduct exploratory and root-cause performance analyses
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership
• Improve datasets and analytical tools to support ongoing questions

Requirements:

• 4+ years in analytics, data science, or similar roles, preferably in tech or marketplaces
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Ability to manage ambiguous problems from question framing to recommendations
• Strong communication skills to explain analyses and drive action
• Commitment to a team culture focused on curiosity and impact
• Experience influencing business strategy with data
• Preferred: experience with two-sided marketplaces

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $108,000 - $157,000 USD
• Equity eligible
• Discretionary annual bonus based on performance
• Compensation depends on skills, experience, certifications, and location
