Senior Data Analyst

The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain databases and data collection systems for engagement activities.
• Build and maintain near real-time dashboards, reports, and data-driven briefing materials.
• Develop automated data collection and ingestion processes, coordinating with various offices.
• Create and manage datasets to function as a lightweight engagement management system.
• Develop and maintain data collection processes and reporting frameworks for mandated requirements.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide quick-turn insights on engagement trends and strategic opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience OR Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance and DHS Suitability determination.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building databases and data collection systems using Microsoft SharePoint Lists and Power Platform tools.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior-level and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with workflow automation, ETL processes, or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate).
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards, data models, and automated refresh schedules.
