POSITION TITLE: Senior Business Systems Analyst

POSITION LOCATION:

Pittsburgh, PA 15222

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing stories utilizing AI technologies/ Microsoft Power Platform
• Requirements elicitation
• Functional and non functional requirements definition
• User stories and acceptance criteria creation
• Current state and future state process modeling
• Gap analysis and impact analysis
• Traceability and scope management

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Agile
• Jira
• Technical acumen (SQL, data modeling)
• Problem-solving abilities
• Collaboration
• Project Management

FLEX SKILLS:

• Financial/Banking Industry knowledge or experience
• BSA activities with automation software (ex. Automation Anywhere)
• Experience with AI technologies (Co-Pilot)
• Working with internal clients
• Cross functional exp
