About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST role is focused on designing, optimizing, and scaling business systems and operational processes. The position acts as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into scalable solutions within Salesforce, HubSpot, and the broader technology ecosystem. This role advances operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience by leading system initiatives from discovery through release.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business objectives and operational needs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and document clear business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Analyze current processes and recommend scalable improvements.
• Design scalable system solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Develop future-state process flows, system designs, and integration requirements.
• Assess impacts of changes on processes, data, and user experience.
• Partner with administrators and engineering teams on configuration and custom development.
• Lead project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support user acceptance testing and change management.
• Ensure solutions meet reporting and data quality standards.
• Maintain documentation and participate in governance and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot solutions and integrations.
• Expertise in business process analysis and design.
• Experience working with platform administrators and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in gathering complex requirements and writing user stories.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data management.
• Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical, problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
