Contract

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter Cloud Certification is required.
• Strong skills in BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, UAT support, and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Insurance domain experience preferred, with knowledge of policy administration systems, rating engines, pricing systems, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
