Position Summary
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role designs scalable data models, develops ETL pipelines, and delivers reporting solutions while leveraging advanced analytics and AI capabilities to uncover trends, automate insights, and improve business outcomes. The role partners with stakeholders to align BI and AI-driven initiatives with business goals, mentors team members, and evaluates emerging technologies including machine learning and generative AI to enhance BI effectiveness.

- Lead projects to design and implement data models and ETL processes that enable effective analysis at all levels of the company
- Provide technical knowledge, expertise, and advice to the BI team about the core concepts of BI
- Lead projects to design and implement data models and ETL processes
- Provide BI expertise and mentor junior team members
- Develop data solutions across multiple systems
- Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI, Fabric, Synapse
- Leverage AI/ML for predictive analytics and anomaly detection
- Integrate AI solutions into BI platforms
- Apply advanced analytics using Python or similar tools
- Automate data preparation and insight generation
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies
- Ensure data readiness for AI use cases
- Deliver training and webinars
Qualifications, Education And Experience
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience with business intelligence, data modeling, or data warehousing
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and platforms
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection required.
This role operates in a professional office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area during extremely hot summer months.
