Job Description :
Business AnalystExperience5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non functional requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.
Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
Assist project managers in tracking requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
Contribute to project documentation and knowledge management.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design future state processes and recommend automation opportunities.
Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis to address business challenges.
Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Required SkillsExperience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRS, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements Management using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
