- Business AnalystExperience5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
- Assist project managers in tracking requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge management.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design future state processes and recommend automation opportunities.
- Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis to address business challenges.
- Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Required SkillsExperience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRS, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
