Senior Business Analyst

• Senior Program Business Analyst | Multifamily Digital Transformation
• We’re looking for a Senior Program Business Analyst to support a large-scale Multifamily Digital transformation program in McLean, VA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders, translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, and take ownership of executive and program-level reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis, program management, Agile delivery, and executive communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner directly with Multifamily Digital Program leadership and senior executives, providing strategic and operational program support
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable user stories, features, requirements, and development priorities
• Lead and facilitate business requirements gathering sessions involving business and technology stakeholders
• Coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across multiple programs, business functions, and technology teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Architects, and Development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered
• Support Agile and SAFe planning activities, including Program Increment (PI) planning, roadmap development, backlog refinement, dependency management, and milestone tracking
• Develop and maintain technology and program roadmaps aligned with business strategy and enterprise transformation priorities
• Own executive-level dashboards, status reports, presentations, and communications covering program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, priorities, and outcomes
• Apply PMO best practices across program governance, resource planning, risk management, issue tracking, reporting, and portfolio oversight
• Lead integrated program planning and use data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions and leadership visibility

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, PMO, or Strategic Transformation within large, complex organizations
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and senior executives
• Hands-on experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, features, priorities, and deliverables
• Strong experience creating executive-level dashboards, presentations, program status reports, and leadership communications
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams, with knowledge of PI planning, backlog refinement, roadmaps, dependencies, and milestones
• Strong understanding of program governance, risk and issue management, portfolio reporting, and strategic planning
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to understand complex workstreams and communicate them at a clear, strategic, executive level
• SharePoint experience is preferred
• Understanding of Multifamily (MF) data is a plus
