Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a leading health care company dedicated to revolutionizing the industry, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

The Role

• Identify opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and manage improvement efforts across IT Delivery Operations.
• Quantify and describe improvement opportunities by leading process and financial analysis activities.
• Contribute to the submission of key work initiatives and Business Cases for approval by appropriate governance committees.
• Monitor spend and set up efficient processes for building transparency to variance across portfolios and budgets.
• Perform and baseline Quality and Production data for functional areas, creating cost savings reports.
• Lead large, complex meetings and manage not only personal tasks but also other team members on enterprise-wide work efforts.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, healthcare administration or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design or configuration, and/or acceptance testing.
• Ability to perform analysis of medium to large-scale business efforts, including discovering current state, understanding strategic goals, designing future state, and performing gap analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in documentation and modeling of analysis activities through formal techniques and experience with business modeling processes.
• Strong testing documentation through test cases and test plans skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Experience in coaching and training other business analysts, with knowledge of formal process improvement methodologies (Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma) and Agile.
