The Senior Analyst, Product Enablement: Governance and GTM Strategy plays a foundational analytical and coordinative role in bridging the gap between product strategy, development, and execution in a complex, highly regulated environment. This individual acts as an operational facilitator, helping maintain and optimize the systems, processes, and frameworks that enable product teams to execute efficiently, consistently, and with compliance rigor.

The Senior Analyst supports the seamless delivery of products from concept to launch by assisting the team in implementing, monitoring, and evolving integrated product processes. This role focuses heavily on the operational engine, data consolidation, and internal consulting, providing critical support for business controls and governance oversight while remaining distinct from Go-To-Market frameworks and strategies.

Build and Support the Product Enablement Function

  • Assist in maintaining a scalable Product Operational Framework for planning, launch, and performance measurement.
  • Support the utilization of frameworks for Product Strategies, Annual Product Planning, and short/long-term Roadmaps.
  • Help monitor and execute product governance processes, including Stage-Gate, to strengthen consistency, accountability, and compliance.
  • Support the day-to-day oversight and data integrity of the product technology stack (e.g., Jira, Confluence, analytics tools) to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Help identify and drive the internal adoption of new tools and technologies (i.e., AI) for automation, self-service, and workflow enhancement.

Product Planning and Roadmap Management

  • Assist in maintaining a repeatable, transparent annual product planning, budgetary, and prioritization process.
  • Help manage road mapping and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy for product teams.
  • Collaborate on tracking processes that ensure Annual Product Plans support longer-term strategies and cross-product line priorities.
  • Consolidate data from multiple product lines to deliver accurate tracking reports for leadership regarding progress, dependencies, and risks.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to Product teams on lifecycle stage framework requirements, risks, and governance protocols.

Management Reporting and Analytics

  • Compile, monitor, and distribute management reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the Monthly/Quarterly Product Business report, the PC MoR, and activity trackers.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of business and initiative metrics, KPIs, and KRIs.

Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the design and delivery of internal training programs to promote the understanding and adoption of processes and new products.
  • Serve as a central resource regarding Product Management and Development disciplines, processes, and frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Policy, Rules, IT, Operations, etc.) to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
  • Support the build-out of operational infrastructure that enables cross-functional risk assessments and execution.

Product Enablement & Governance Support

  • Assist in documenting and refining a comprehensive product development framework (e.g., stage-gate) tailored to strategic objectives.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to collect and analyze criteria (assessments, analysis, financials) and decision points for each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Support the coordination and operation of governance committees to oversee reviews, approvals, and escalations, facilitating standardized reporting.
  • Monitor adherence to established frameworks and provide hands-on guidance across teams to ensure compliance rigor.
  • Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks that impede product execution and delivery.

Roadmap Maintenance & Alignment

  • Assist in maintaining a repeatable, transparent framework for roadmap development and prioritization.
  • Support the optimization and day-to-day health of the product management tool ecosystem (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Track and manage a standard set of metrics specifically for product lifecycle delivery status.
  • Gather and consolidate initiative information from product teams to assist leadership with reporting on progress and dependencies.
  • Support the alignment of product goals and OKRs directly to roadmap initiatives and corporate priorities.

Cross-Functional Infrastructure & Internal Consultancy

  • Assist in maintaining the operational infrastructure and governance constructs that support cross-functional execution.
  • Act as a reliable resource for product teams, providing guidance on lifecycle stage framework requirements and escalation paths.
  • Support the delivery of internal training modules to promote the adoption of standardized development processes.
  • Help track structured pathways for emerging product concepts to transition into the core product portfolio.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand and visual design capabilities across a range of channels and formats, including digital, corporate and multimedia communications.
  • Strong hands-on design and multimedia production capability, with advanced proficiency in relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications and contemporary creative-production tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex information, data and concepts into clear and compelling visual communications.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, visual storytelling and digital design principles.
  • Experience developing high-quality executive and Board-level presentations and visual communications.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems such as Drupal and experience working with corporate websites and digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, web accessibility standards, SEO and emerging AI-enabled search and content-discovery practices.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other commonly used business productivity and collaboration tools.

Professional Competencies

  • Develop and Mentor others: Supporting others to develop and learn, recognizing their achievements, and building an organizational culture where knowledge and growth are valued and rewarded.
  • Demonstrate Mature Confidence: Demonstrating confidence and realistic trust in one's own abilities. Understanding and managing their own emotions and drives, and the impact of self on others to minimize counterproductive actions, instill trust and inspire others.
  • Think Strategically: Seeing and synthesizing different sides of an issue, examining the full range of options and outcomes, and building intellectual frameworks to guide analysis and action.
  • Make Decisions: Using critical thinking, good business sense and organizational values to make decisions involving varying levels of risk and ambiguity.

  • Apply Business Acumen: Continually seeking new ways to enhance performance, improve results and/or transform the business and the industry in which it operates.
