This role supports healthcare provider data management operations by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of provider information across multiple databases. The position combines business analysis, healthcare data management, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, project leadership, and SQL-driven data analysis to improve provider data quality and operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provider Data Management
• Maintain accurate and timely provider records across enterprise systems.
• Apply provider contracting, network management, and credentialing business rules.
• Perform regular bulk updates to ensure provider information remains current.
• Support data integrity and governance initiatives.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement
• Analyze provider data management business processes and workflows.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance performance and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into functional and business specifications.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze complex healthcare and provider data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL for:
• Data extraction
• Data analysis
• Data validation
• Safe database updates
• Create presentations, dashboards, and reports communicating key performance metrics.
• Project Leadership
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Stakeholder Support & Training
• Serve as a first-level escalation point for Provider Data Management analysts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across departments.
• Provide training, guidance, and support for new systems, tools, and processes.
• Build effective relationships to drive organizational alignment.

• Required Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of business analytics experience in healthcare environments.
• Experience in provider services, healthcare operations, network management, or related functions.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and maintaining data.
• Proficiency with:
