• Role Summery
• Alteris Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Reporting & Analytics Lead to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end Reporting & Analytics activities across complex SAP environments.
• This role is responsible for delivering a comprehensive reporting strategy spanning Finance (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Customer Information Systems (CIS), and HR/Payroll, supporting both greenfield and brownfield implementations, including SAP IS-U and HR Payroll.
• Operating at the intersection of business and technology, the successful candidate will ensure the end-to-end implementation of reporting and analytics capabilities, working closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and insight-driven solutions.

• Reporting & Analytics Strategy
• Own and define the overall SAP Reporting & Analytics strategy and approach
• Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices across reporting domains
• Ensure alignment between analytics deliverables and business transformation goals

• Domain & Functional Alignment
• Provide deep expertise in Reporting & Analytics requirements across:
• Finance (FIN)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Customer Information Systems (CIS)
• Human Resources & Payroll (HR)
• Translate business requirements into effective and scalable reporting solutions

• End-to-End Delivery
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions across all domains
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of analytics capabilities
• Ensure consistency and integration across multiple SAP systems and data sources

• Stakeholder & Delivery Management
• Collaborate closely with:
• Business stakeholders
• Functional leads
• Technical teams and architects
• External vendors
• Ensure strong alignment between reporting outputs and business needs

• Platform & Technology Leadership
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP analytics technologies, including:
• SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
• SAP Datasphere
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Oversee development and utilization of:
• ABAP CDS Views
• SAP Fiori analytical applications
• SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)

• Success Measures

Qualifications

• 14+ years of SAP experience with multiple end-to-end implementations
• Proven experience as a Senior SAP Reporting & Analytics Consultant or Lead
• Experience delivering in both greenfield and brownfield SAP programs
• Consulting experience is an asset
