Job Summary SAP C4 Utilities Customer Service Functional Analyst

• Serve as SAP C4 Customer Service functional expert for Utilities, focusing on solution design, system configuration, and process optimization.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders for customer service processes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business blueprints, functional specs, process flows, and training materials.
• Configure and optimize SAP C4 functionalities, such as customer master data, move-in/move-out, contract management, service requests, and collections.
• Support integration of Customer Service with Billing, FICA, Device Management, CRM, and Work Management systems.
• Participate in all phases of testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), defect management, go-live, and post-go-live (hypercare) support.
• Manage assigned deliverables, timelines, and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Ensure quality, completeness, and compliance of deliverables with utility regulations and standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with data migration validation and support end-user training and operational readiness.
• Leverage strong utility industry knowledge and SAP IS-U experience to deliver enterprise-scale transformation projects.
• Maintain strong documentation and communication with business experts and stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a regulated utility environment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service outcomes and continuous optimization of utility customer processes.
