- Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled SAP Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in Materials Management (MM) and Supply Chain Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective implementation, optimization, and support of SAP MM processes across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Configure and support SAP MM module, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP capabilities
- Support end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, and inventory control
- Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support defect resolution
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues
- Create functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements
- Assist in SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
- Deliver end-user training and create documentation as needed
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience as an SAP Functional Business Analyst or similar role
- Hands-on experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) module
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes including procurement, logistics, and inventory
- Experience in SAP configuration and customization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies
- Exposure to additional SAP modules such as WM, EWM, or Ariba
- SAP certification (MM or related module) is desirable
