• Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on administration and installation experience with:
• SAP Business Intelligence (BI)
• SAP Data Services
• Strong experience with:
• Linux Operating Systems
• Windows Operating Systems
• Java-based environments
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and proactively.
• Experience interacting directly with customers on technical operations topics.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve escalated customer support cases.
• Cloud and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience working within Cloud Operations or Support organizations supporting:
• Private Cloud environments
• Public Cloud environments
