Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360), Customer 360, data integration, and customer data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and Salesforce platforms.
• Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, enterprise applications, and external data sources using APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms.
• Work closely with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, scalability, and performance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot issues and follow Salesforce development and implementation best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development/implementation experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360).
• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, data integration, and external data sources.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
