Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Analyst

Our client is looking for an Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Analyst for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

• Job Title: Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Analyst
• Location: Waukegan, IL - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting.
• 3+ years of experience supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Platform, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), CPQ, and CLM processes.
• Experience with PROS CPQ and/or Conga CLM implementations.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression testing, test planning, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, approval workflows, quote generation, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Experience coordinating Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, SAP, middleware, and enterprise data/reporting integrations.
• Understanding of API/integration concepts, data migration, data validation, and end-to-end business process flows.
• Experience working with System Integrators and large enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with business process owners, architects, program managers, Salesforce, SAP, CPQ, and CLM teams.
• Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences industry experience is preferred.
