Salesforce Business System Analyst

• Job Description
• Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
• Salesforce, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Visual Force, S-controls, SOQL, and SOSL, Oracle to
• CPQ integrations, Opportunity to Quoting process, Zoho CRM.

• • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components(LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
• • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware like Mulesoft)
• • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing rules
• • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools
• • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II

Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for gathering the requirements by coordinating with the business analysts, developers,
• and project managers, to better customize, and utilize the full functionality of the Salesforce.com
• • Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned to project
• objectives
• • Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to
• SFDC.
• • Design solutions and accordingly work with the team till deployment.
• • Excellent Communication skills.
• • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
