2. About the Opportunity:

The Manager, Procurement Operations, Enablement and Analytics leads procurement operations and analytics within the strategic sourcing and procurement team. This role is key to managing supplier relationships, controlling company spending, and advancing the procurement function towards a data-driven, analytics-based model. It supports operational accuracy and analytics maturity while enabling sourcing capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.

3. Responsibilities:

• • Develop vendor management structures assessing business relationships and financial efficiency.
• • Oversee end-to-end procurement operations, including contract management, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and platform data maintenance to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• • Establish frameworks for master services agreements, statements of work, and related purchase agreements.
• • Manage and mature procurement analytics, maintaining dashboards, generating reports, and identifying risk signals.
• • Collaborate on data-driven reports that translate procurement data into actionable insights.
• • Lead technical development efforts, ensuring high standards, data integrity, and coordination with partners.
• • Enhance the procurement experience for internal customers.
• • Build and grow sourcing enablement functions, supporting RFP administration, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
• • Manage and mentor one direct report.
• • Partner with Legal, Accounts Payable, Finance, and InfoSec for timely procurement reviews and approvals.
• • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI-focused improvements.

4. Requirements:

• • 4-7 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or accounts payable with hands-on experience in P2P platforms such as Coupa or Oracle.
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; CPM or CPSM certification preferred.
• • Proven ability to manage procurement workflows precisely.
• • Experience creating procurement reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• • Strong organizational, analytical, and process-driven skills.
• • Experience managing or coordinating a direct report or vendor.
• • Effective cross-functional communication skills.
• • Experience developing procurement functions and managing RFP processes.
• • Knowledge of strategic sourcing best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• • Experience with ERP migration projects involving Coupa, Oracle, or SAP.
• • Familiarity with supplier risk management and vendor data practices.
• • Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
