Role Description This remote, part-time Data Insights Analyst (Entry-Level) role at Suma Recursos Humanos focuses on turning data into clear, actionable insights that support internal and client projects. On a day-to-day basis, you will collect and organize data from multiple sources, perform basic data analysis, and help prepare dashboards and reports. You will support market research efforts, analyze customer behavior and feedback, and identify patterns or trends relevant to business decisions. The role also includes summarizing findings in a clear, concise way for non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with team members to refine methodologies and improve data quality. You will be expected to manage your time effectively in a remote environment and proactively communicate progress and challenges.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and draw logical conclusions.
Foundational experience or coursework in data analytics, including working with spreadsheets, basic statistical concepts, and data visualization tools.
Understanding of market research methods and an interest in applying customer insight to support business decisions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain data findings to diverse audiences.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization when handling data and documentation.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
Relevant education in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in human resources, people analytics, or customer experience analysis is a plus.
