Risk Analyst (Remote)

• Role Overview
• We are hiring a Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and monitor risks across the business. The role combines analytical rigor with structured judgement — surfacing risks early and helping leadership make informed trade-offs.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Conduct risk assessments across credit, operational, market, and compliance dimensions
• - Build and maintain risk models, scoring frameworks, and dashboards
• - Monitor key risk indicators and surface emerging risks to leadership
• - Run scenario analysis and stress testing on portfolios or operations
• - Document risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans
• - Partner with audit, compliance, and operations teams on remediation

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• - 3+ years in risk analysis, internal audit, or financial analysis
• - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
• - Working knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel, NIST, or equivalent)
• - Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
• - Familiarity with GRC platforms is a plus
• - FRM, CFA, or similar certification is a plus
