  • Reporting Analyst / Project Coordinator
  • LevelUp | Human Resources | New York, NY | 4 days/week in-office | $55,000–$60,000

About the opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Reporting Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our Recruitment and HR function — a role built for someone who wants real ownership early in their career, not a passive administrative seat.

You'll sit at the center of how our Recruitment team operates: owning reporting and dashboards that leadership relies on, coordinating projects end-to-end alongside our Program Manager and Head of Recruitment, and getting hands-on exposure across HR, Recruitment, Technology, Risk/Compliance and Legal. This is a genuine launchpad — we invest directly in developing people in this role toward careers in project management, analytics, vendor management, HR compliance, or business operations, with training provided as you grow.

You'll thrive here if you're the kind of person who spots what needs doing before being asked, feels at home in Excel and financial/operational detail, and enjoys being part of an outgoing, close-knit team where your contribution is visible.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reporting and dashboards, analyze trends, and drive reporting enhancements and automation
  • Act as the go-to for Recruitment reporting queries, coordinating fixes with stakeholders across the business
  • Partner with the Program Manager and Head of Recruitment to plan, track, and deliver recruitment and HR projects — milestones, risks, and action items included
  • Support vendor onboarding and relationship management alongside the recruiting team
  • Help manage recruitment systems, streamline workflows, and support documentation, training, and change management
  • Own new hire onboarding/offboarding for the Recruitment team
  • Review, document, and improve processes across the team, rolling out changes and training as needed

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, operations, or project coordination
  • Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, data cleansing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts, with excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • A genuine eagerness to learn and take ownership of a broadening set of responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR, Recruitment, or a regulated/Financial Services environment
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
  • Experience with ATS, onboarding, or reporting platforms
  • French language skills
  • The details
  • Location: New York, NY. Salary: $55,000–$60,000. Based in the office 4 days a week.
