About us
My Solar Claim is an expert consultancy for solar homeowners. Our team reviews solar agreements, installations and system performance so homeowners can take informed action and make educated decisions. Our analysts, case managers and sales team run on internal portals every day, and we need a builder who can make them faster, cleaner and more reliable.
What you'll do
• Build and improve our internal portals with Replit, Next.js and Supabase
• Turn messy workflows into simple tools our team actually enjoys using
• Build dashboards and reporting on our pipeline and team performance
• Pay down tech debt in the existing apps and keep them stable
• Connect our tools to our CRM (GoHighLevel) and Google Workspace through their APIs
• Ship improvements every week and show them live

Who you are
• You ship fast with AI tools like Replit Agent, Cursor or Claude Code, and you still care about clean, maintainable code
• You have real taste for UI and UX
• You have live products you built that we can click through
• You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable on camera
• You work as an individual, not through an agency

How we work
Long term and ongoing, 30 or more hours a week. The process is a short screen with me, a call with our Tech and Operations lead, then a final call with our CEO.
