Real Estate (Data Centers) Associate Attorney (4+ yrs) – Top International Law Firm

About the Position:

Our client, an international law firm, is seeking an attorney to focus on real estate data center transactions in its Chicago office. This collaborative and nationally ranked practice group handles a broad range of sophisticated deal work for real estate clients, offering full-service support across their matters.

Responsibilities:

• · Counsel a mix of domestic and international investors, owners, developers, operators, and lenders on data center, digital infrastructure, and other real estate deals
• · Prepare and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, joint ventures, leases, development agreements, and financing paperwork
• · Guide leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development matters for data centers and other commercial assets
• · Help manage transactions that span multiple countries and collaborate with local counsel

Required Qualifications:

• · 3+ years of experience handling real estate transactional matters, including international transactions
• · Experience representing both borrowers and lenders across financing transactions involving a range of asset types, ideally including data centers or other digital infrastructure deals
• · Strong academic background

Location:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $390,000.
