Real Estate / Data Center Associate Attorney
Location: Multiple U.S. Offices
Experience: 3+ Years
Compensation: $240,000 – $435,000 + Discretionary Bonus
A leading national real estate practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its expanding data center transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with specialized experience in data center services to work on sophisticated transactions in one of the most active and rapidly developing areas of commercial real estate.
The position offers high-quality work, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the continued expansion of a national practice.
The Role
The Successful Candidate Will Advise Clients On Complex Transactional Matters Involving Data Centers And Digital Infrastructure, With a Particular Emphasis On
- Data center leasing and related commercial agreements
- Joint ventures and strategic real estate arrangements
- Complex real estate and infrastructure transactions
- Negotiating and drafting sophisticated transaction documents
- Advising clients on commercial considerations throughout the lifecycle of transactions
- Working collaboratively across practices and offices on multidisciplinary matters
Associates will have the opportunity to take significant ownership of matters while working alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated transactions with national scope.
Candidate Profile
Candidates Should Have
- 3+ years of transactional experience involving data center services
- Meaningful experience with leasing and joint ventures
- Strong real estate transactional capabilities
- The ability to quickly understand and navigate complex commercial and legal issues
- Excellent drafting, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong academic credentials
- A collaborative approach and an interest in helping grow a national practice
- A JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which they intend to practice
- Previous experience working in a law firm
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with commercial judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate effectively as part of a sophisticated national team.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range is $240,000 – $435,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors. A discretionary performance bonus may also be available.
The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
