Owner’s Representative | Texas | Nationwide Opportunities

Ready to step into a role where your expertise carries real influence?

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an outstanding specialist firm delivering some of America’s most complex and high-profile mission-critical projects. Acting as the owner’s representative, you’ll take the lead on quality - protecting the client’s interests, challenging standards and helping ensure hyperscale data centers are delivered safely, reliably and without compromise.

This isn’t a box-ticking inspection role. You’ll be a trusted technical authority with the autonomy to identify risks, hold contractors accountable and drive quality from installation through testing, commissioning and final handover.

  • Why this opportunity stands out
  • Highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
  • A genuine owner’s representative role with visibility, authority and influence
  • High-profile hyperscale data-center projects featuring sophisticated electrical and mechanical infrastructure
  • The opportunity to lead quality activities and shape project outcomes
  • Direct exposure to testing, commissioning and mission-critical delivery
  • Paid travel, excellent healthcare and retirement benefits, PTO and funded professional development
  • Nationwide career opportunities following the initial Texas assignment
  • An outstanding firm that values technical credibility, sound judgment and people who have the confidence to speak up
  • Paved pathway of progression with regular salary and performance reviews
  • Your role
  • As QA/QC Manager, you’ll lead quality assurance and quality control activities across the project, representing the owner’s interests throughout construction and commissioning.
  • You’ll oversee installation quality, review testing and commissioning documentation, identify deficiencies and make sure corrective actions are properly closed before systems go live. Working closely with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders, you’ll ensure that critical electrical and mechanical systems meet the required drawings, specifications, codes and performance standards.

Your experience will directly influence the safety, reliability and successful delivery of facilities where quality and uptime are non-negotiable.

  • What you’ll bring
  • Five or more years of construction QA/QC, quality management or commissioning experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building systems
  • Experience within data centers, mission-critical facilities or major industrial projects
  • The confidence to lead inspections, challenge non-compliant work and hold contractors accountable
  • Experience managing deficiencies, corrective actions and quality closeout
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, NETA and/or IEEE standards
  • Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
  • A valid US driver’s license

The initial assignment is in Texas, with future opportunities available on major projects throughout the United States.

You must live within the continental US, have convenient access to a major airport and be comfortable with regular travel.

If you’re ready for bigger projects, greater responsibility and the recognition your expertise deserves, this could be the career-defining move you’ve been waiting for.

Apply confidentially with your resume to start the conversation.
