About the Opportunity:

The PROVIDER DATA SPECIALIST plays a key role in maintaining and improving the provider network database to ensure data integrity and quality. This position supports data management and reporting efforts that directly contribute to the accuracy and reliability of provider information, which is critical for the organization's network performance and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve provider data and databases
• Extract and report data for various analyses
• Develop and maintain standards for database integrity and quality assurance
• Coordinate corrective actions to clean the database and retain users
• Assist in audits and initiatives to improve data quality

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of claims or data entry experience
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $32.00 based on full-time employment and factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications
• Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), incentive and recognition programs, and equity stock purchase (subject to eligibility)
