About the Opportunity: The Project Analyst-Accounts Receivable Specialist serves as the primary financial liaison for assigned clinical trial projects. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely project invoicing and revenue recognition, supporting the financial integrity and operational success of clinical research efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts teams
  • Review Contracts, Work Orders, and Amendments to identify contractual financial terms for accurate invoicing
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize financial performance and detect budget concerns
  • Perform financial quality control of study visit billing in the RealTime system
  • Reconcile study visits between RealTime and Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture systems
  • Ensure separate invoicing of all billable non-visit revenue items and maintain supporting documentation
  • Compare current RealTime revenue with previously recorded revenue to identify unrecognized amounts
  • Notify Director of Revenue Cycle about revenue adjustments
  • Prepare monthly revenue files for accounting integration into ERP system NetSuite
  • Issue monthly billing statements to Sponsors/CROs
  • Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as necessary
  • Assist with end-of-study and close-out audits as directed
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is advantageous but not required
  • Moderate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with effective communication skills

Pay Range and Compensation Package: Compensation range is $60,000 to $75,000 plus bonus
