Program Analyst I with Security Clearance

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst I to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Prisoner Operations Division (POD). This position will conduct program and financial analyses, evaluate budget requests and funding allocations, identify operational and fiscal issues, and provide recommendations to support effective resource management and program operations. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation. Responsibilities :

• Collect, compile, and analyze data needed to formulate budget requests and district allocations of the annual transportation funding that supports air and ground prisoner transportation
• Provide technical advice for the financial system transactions for the transportation and guard services sections
• Submit payment requests for USMS air operations flight hours for USMS prisoner transportation through Justice Prisoner Air Transportation System (JPATS)
• Update the Office of Transportation Services (OTS) financial Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) annually
• Track and maintain records of USMS air charter missions
