• Pay: $30–$40/hour

• Anticipated Start: October 6, 2026

Duration: 12 months, with potential annual extensions subject to Government option periods and Task Order authorization.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, within the 6:30 AM–6:00 PM ET service window.
• We are seeking an early-career Program Analyst to support the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Capital Access (OCA), Office of Credit Risk Management (OCRM).

• Key Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, issues, and findings.
• Maintain spreadsheets, basic dashboards, program metrics, and performance-tracking information.
• Support financial reporting, management analysis, program evaluations, and development of analytical conclusions and recommendations.
• Coordinate project activities and track actions, milestones, and outstanding items.
• Prepare charts, tables, reports, presentations, analytical workpapers, summaries, meeting notes, and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Typically 1–2 years of specialized experience in program/management analysis, data analysis and reporting, project coordination, or similar analytical support work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic analysis, tracking, reporting, spreadsheets, charts, and tables.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and ability to support multiple assignments.
