Requirements:

• ·Salesforce Admin Certified is mandatory.
• ·Proven experience in production support for large-scale, enterprise-wide, global trading and risk platforms.
• ·Strong hands-on experience with application support, issue troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• ·Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PERL, or similar languages.
• ·Solid technical understanding of Linux, Windows, SQL, and database concepts.
• ·Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
• ·Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or equivalent.
• ·Experience supporting CI/CD and release automation using GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• ·Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ·Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• ·Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production support environment.
• ·Highly disciplined in documenting procedures, issues, and operational knowledge.
• ·Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
