Process Analyst / Project Coordinator (HR & Process Documentation)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Analyst / Project Coordinator to support process improvement initiatives across HR and related business functions. This role is responsible for interviewing stakeholders, documenting current-state processes, and creating clear process documentation and process maps.

The ideal candidate has experience coordinating projects, gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, and maintaining organization across multiple initiatives. This is not a traditional Project Manager role. Instead, we are looking for someone who excels at asking thoughtful questions, documenting information, following structured processes, and driving activities to completion.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct interviews and discovery sessions with HR and business stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs and working sessions to gather detailed operational knowledge.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Create process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation using approved tools and templates.
• Organize information gathered through stakeholder discussions and translate it into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, actions, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to validate process documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain project and process documentation repositories.
• Utilize AI and productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to accelerate documentation and process mapping activities
