• Role- Business Analyst
• Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ and Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)
• Experience: 10+ Years
• card processing or card disputes exp
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• - Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• - Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• - Create and maintain:
• --- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• --- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• --- User Stories and Epics
• --- Use Cases
• --- Process Flow Diagrams
• --- Data Mapping Documents
• - Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
• - Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• - Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• - Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
• - Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
• - Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
