Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and validate aftermarket parts and accessories demand forecasts.
  • Manage forecast parameters, velocity codes, safety stock settings, and planning attributes for service parts.
  • Create, update, and audit SAP material master records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate ECN implementation activities, including effectivity dates, part transitions, supersessions, and inventory disposition.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments based on sales trends, inventory levels, and business requirements.
  • Maintain purchasing group, MRP controller, lead time, MOQ, and other planning parameters as required.
  • Lead cross-functional communication between Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Production, and Distribution regarding aftermarket part readiness and serviceability.
  • Operates independently, partners, and communicates effectively with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Make data integrity and independent forecast decisions that directly impact organizational financial performance.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable strategies that balance priorities and deliver results
  • Influence and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance capability and alignment. Connects procurement decisions to enterprise goals, ensuring long-term value.
