Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and validate aftermarket parts and accessories demand forecasts.
- Manage forecast parameters, velocity codes, safety stock settings, and planning attributes for service parts.
- Create, update, and audit SAP material master records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate ECN implementation activities, including effectivity dates, part transitions, supersessions, and inventory disposition.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments based on sales trends, inventory levels, and business requirements.
- Maintain purchasing group, MRP controller, lead time, MOQ, and other planning parameters as required.
- Lead cross-functional communication between Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Production, and Distribution regarding aftermarket part readiness and serviceability.
- Operates independently, partners, and communicates effectively with leaders and stakeholders.
- Make data integrity and independent forecast decisions that directly impact organizational financial performance.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable strategies that balance priorities and deliver results
- Influence and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance capability and alignment. Connects procurement decisions to enterprise goals, ensuring long-term value.
