• Position: Principal AI & Data Architect - GenAI, Databricks & Cyber Security
• Location: Princeton, NJ & NYC, NY – Hybrid
• Employment: Full-Time - No C2C

• Role Overview
• We are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Architect to lead enterprise architecture across Generative AI, Data Platforms, Cloud, and Cyber Security. The role combines hands-on architecture with enterprise-wide technical leadership, security, governance, and AI adoption.

• Key Responsibilities
• AI & Multi-Agent Architecture: Architect LLM-powered multi-agent systems using Python, Pydantic, OpenAI SDK, Databricks Model Serving, YAML rules, and HITL workflows.
• AI Security & Guardrails: Lead LLM threat modeling, prompt-injection/jailbreak protection, RAG security, guardrails, PII/PCI protection, OAuth 2.0, Okta, Entra ID, and token management.
• Data Platforms & Observability: Lead Databricks architecture and migrations using Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Delta Sharing, RLS, data governance, quality, and observability frameworks.
• Cloud & Platform Governance: Drive AWS/Azure/GCP architecture, infrastructure optimization, security, compliance, and FinOps.
• GenAI Adoption & Governance: Lead enterprise GenAI adoption, developer AI tooling, architectural standards, ROI measurement, technical enablement, SIEM, and regulatory compliance.
• Technical Leadership: Establish reusable architecture patterns, conduct technical workshops, mentor engineering teams, and drive enterprise technology transformation.

• Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, data platforms, AI systems, and/or security architecture.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-Agent AI.
• Deep expertise in Databricks and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong Python / Async Python experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM security, threat modeling, guardrails, and Zero Trust.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption, platform migrations, and security governance.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with large-scale AI and data platform migrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, compliance, and data residency.
• Experience with developer AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience building enterprise data quality and observability solutions.
