The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving pricing processes within SAP and other tools, with a focus on accurate pricing master data, condition records, pricing procedures, and cross-functional support for Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT. This role helps ensure that customer, product, contract, discount, surcharge, and promotional pricing is set up correctly, tested thoroughly, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibility:

  • Maintain SAP pricing master data, including condition records, price lists, customer-specific pricing, discounts, rebates, surcharges, and validity dates.
  • Analyze pricing requests and translate business requirements into accurate SAP pricing updates.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to resolve pricing discrepancies, billing issues, and order-entry exceptions.
  • Support configuration, testing, and validation of SAP SD pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and related pricing logic.
  • Perform data audits and quality checks to ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and consistency across customers, products, and sales organizations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for pricing processes, controls, changes, and issue resolution steps.
  • Create reports and analysis to identify pricing errors, margin impacts, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in SAP enhancement projects, system upgrades, integrations, and pricing process improvement initiatives.
  • Support user acceptance testing, regression testing, and production validation for pricing-related changes.
  • Provide training and day-to-day support to business users on SAP pricing processes and best practices.
  • Pricing process and report automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with SAP, preferably SAP SD pricing, order-to-cash, billing, or master data processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate pricing issues, interpret data, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP queries, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $68,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
