• Role Overview
• We are hiring a Policy Analyst to research, analyse, and write on policy issues that affect the organisation. The role combines deep research craft with sharp writing — turning complex policy into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Research and analyse legislation, regulation, and policy trends in assigned areas
• - Write policy briefs, position papers, and recommendation memos
• - Build models or scenario analyses to evaluate policy options
• - Track key bills, regulatory proceedings, and policy developments
• - Partner with public affairs, legal, and product teams on cross-functional issues
• - Support stakeholder engagement and external policy communications

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• - 3+ years in policy analysis, research, or government roles
• - Strong research skills across primary and secondary sources
• - Excellent written communication, including policy writing
• - Familiarity with quantitative analysis and basic modeling
• - Comfort engaging with regulators, advocates, and academic audiences
• - Master's in public policy, economics, or related field is a plus
