Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to work on a contract basis. The role involves evaluating and optimizing computer systems and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Analyze existing computer systems and networks to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system upgrades or modifications.
• • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training.
• • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on system usage and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Experience with system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation and optimization.
• • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues in a timely manner.
• • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
• • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline system management tasks.
• • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems.
