SKILLS REQUIRED

• Administer and maintain Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI platforms, including upgrades, patching, licensing, user management, and performance tuning.
• Monitor and manage BI platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure platform compliance, security, and optimal configurations.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot platform issues, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive platform documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
