About the Opportunity:

The PAYMENTS ANALYST role is central to overseeing and improving payment transactions within the company. This position contributes by identifying and resolving suspicious activities, supporting real-time payment operations, and enhancing customer payment experiences. The analyst’s work supports the broader organizational effort to maintain operational integrity and customer protection.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions to detect suspicious or unusual activity.
• Collaborate with payment providers to resolve operational issues and customer inquiries.
• Test and implement new payment solutions to improve deposit and withdrawal processes.
• Investigate and resolve player payment inquiries with care and accuracy.
• Analyze chargebacks and disputes to extract actionable insights.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce risk.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Fraud, AML, and Customer Support teams.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing in all jurisdictions where the organization operates.
• Willingness to undergo confidential background checks upon job offer.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Salary range: $54,000 - $60,000 USD.
