A prestigious investment bank based in Salt Lake City is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their Wealth Management Operations team. In this role, you'll play an important part in helping new clients get started by ensuring accounts are opened accurately, regulatory requirements are met, and clients receive seamless onboarding experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the financial services industry while working alongside advisors, legal, compliance, and operations teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guide new client accounts through the onboarding process from start to finish.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Perform Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence.
• Partner with financial advisors and internal teams to resolve account issues and keep onboarding moving efficiently.
• Coordinate the setup of client products and services, including cash management and investment account features.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a Bachelor’s degree
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys working with people and communicating across different teams.
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
• Thinks critically and enjoys solving problems.
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Can build positive relationships while managing client expectations.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous internship or professional experience in banking, financial services, operations, compliance, client onboarding, or AML/KYC.
• Foreign language skills.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7, 9, 10, or 4).
