  • A dynamic opportunity awaits in the real estate private equity sector for a motivated Analyst.   • Role Overview:
  • As a member of the Asset Management team, you will play a key role in driving performance across a portfolio of multifamily properties. Your work will support strategic, operational, and financial decision-making through a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Analyzing property-level financials, rent rolls, and capital improvement budgets
  • Conducting market research and evaluating economic and demographic trends
  • Leading calls and site visits with third-party property managers
  • Performing property inspections and market tours (travel may be required)
  • Building financial models, including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and return analyses
  • Preparing investment memos and performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Managing due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings
  • Assisting with debt financing arrangements and documentation
  • Presenting quarterly asset performance updates to the broader team
  • Collaborating with property management teams to execute business plans and enhance asset value
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; preferred fields include Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or Property Management
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or a related field (internships included)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
