Marketing Data Analyst

Data Analytics Associate, Digital Marketing/Advertising (Must be based in GA)

Join an industry leader on a Test & Learn team, where you’ll run hypothesis testing on emerging ad channels, track real performance impact, and deliver the final verdict to leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Log inbound Proof of Concept requests in Salesforce and partner with Activation Specialists to coordinate ad execution
• Design A/B and hypothesis tests, segment target audiences, and track critical performance metrics including impressions, clicks, sales, and revenue
• Query performance data from Google BigQuery (or similar data warehouses) using SQL and deep-dive into trends using advanced Excel
• Synthesize complex test results into concise PowerPoint presentations, delivering clear go/no-go recommendations and future strategies directly to management

POSITION INFO:

12-month contract (possibility to extend or convert to perm)

Must be based in GA

Work remotely, hybrid, or in-office

REQUIRED:

• Must be based in GA
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-5 years in Data Analytics
• Digital Marketing or Advertising domain experience
• Statistics, hypothesis testing, or A/B testing skills
• Advanced SQL skills (writing clean queries, executing complex inner/outer joins, data integrity)
• Intermediate Python skills (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIF, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Exceptional communicator; can translate complex data into actionable, executive-ready business recommendations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & manage concurrent testing requests
