Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing planning and execution across multiple business initiatives and regions, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deeply analyze business needs, proactively identify new opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact.
- Coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders across domestic and international markets, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistent messaging and execution.
- Leverage comprehensive data, cutting-edge insights, and dynamic market trends to inform critical planning decisions and continuously optimize outcomes for maximum effectiveness.
- Manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills, driving projects forward efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Prepare compelling presentations, detailed reports, and actionable business recommendations for leadership review, translating complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing planning, strategy development, business analysis, performance marketing, digital media planning, or direct-to-consumer/recurring revenue models.
- Demonstrated strong analytical acumen, critical thinking, advanced problem-solving capabilities, financial modeling, and robust forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in leading data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), advanced Excel functionalities, and common office productivity suites.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to distill complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Strong project management skills; adept at managing shifting priorities, navigating dynamic environments, and consistently delivering high-quality work quickly.
- Extensive experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms, understanding the nuances of various channels.
- Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams and collaborate seamlessly with international teams across various time zones, fostering a global perspective.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting global business functions, demonstrating an understanding of international market dynamics and strategies.
- Proficiency in analytical programming languages (e.g., SQL, R), enabling deeper data exploration and advanced analytical capabilities.
