High Tide Theatrical is seeking a Marketing, Content & Analytics Intern for its Fall 2026 Internship Program.

This position provides hands-on experience promoting nonprofit theatre productions, events, and organizational initiatives. The intern will help create and organize audience-facing content while learning how communications, storytelling, and analytics support ticket sales, community engagement, and organizational growth.

  • Potential Responsibilities
  • Drafting social media captions and email copy
  • Supporting content-calendar development
  • Selecting photos and video clips for promotional use
  • Creating simple Canva graphics using established templates
  • Drafting website excerpts and event descriptions
  • Building an evergreen copy bank
  • Supporting production and event campaigns
  • Tracking social-media engagement and campaign analytics
  • Assisting with website and email quality assurance
  • Ideal Candidate
  • Strong written communicator
  • Familiar with major social-media platforms
  • Interested in theatre marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, or content creation
  • Has a good eye for visual content
  • Comfortable receiving edits and applying feedback
  • Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines

The intern will contribute approximately 5–8 hours per week. Most work will be remote or hybrid, with some required onsite meetings, performances, and events.

Mandatory attendance includes monthly staff meetings, Ride the Cyclone College Night on September 11, and The Rocky Horror Show College Night on October 23.

This is an unpaid volunteer internship. Academic credit may be available through the applicant’s school. Interns receive mentorship, portfolio-development opportunities, networking experience, and two complimentary tickets to each eligible mainstage production during the internship term.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and arrange their own transportation to onsite activities.
